Ingredients

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon Instant yeast
  • 0.25 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Warm milk
  • 0.5 cup Mashed banana
  • 0.25 cup Melted butter
  • 0.5 cup Tahini
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2Add warm milk, mashed banana, and melted butter. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. 3Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  4. 4Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  5. 5In a small bowl, mix tahini and powdered sugar for the filling.
  6. 6Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal pieces.
  7. 7Roll out each piece into an oval shape. Spread tahini filling over each oval, then roll it up tightly.
  8. 8Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. 9Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. 10Let cool slightly before serving.
