Tahini Granola with Dates and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 cup Tahini
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pinch of Salt
  • 1/2 cup Pitted Dates

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, and shredded coconut.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, whisk together tahini, maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
  4. 4Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. 5Spread the granola evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. 6Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
  7. 7Let the granola cool completely before adding chopped dates.
  8. 8Store in an airtight container.
