Ingredients

  • about 113 g Swiss Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Original measure retained: its cup/spoon or fluid-volume standard is unspecified.

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 190°C.
  2. 2Using a grater, grate the about 113 g of Swiss Cheese.
  3. 3In a bowl, combine the grated Swiss cheese with the 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika and the 1 tsp of olive oil. Mix these ingredients together until they are well combined.
  4. 4Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Spoon small, even mounds of the cheese mixture onto the parchment paper, leaving some space between each mound.
  5. 5Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the edges are a golden brown color.
  6. 6Carefully remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the cheese crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes until they are slightly firm but still warm. This helps them become crisp.
  7. 7Gently remove the Swiss cheese crisps from the parchment paper and serve immediately for the best crunchy texture.
