Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Swiss Chard
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 4 oz Dairy-Free Gruyère Cheese
  • 1 cup Dairy-Free Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. 2Wash and chop the Swiss chard. Remove the stems and coarsely chop the leaves.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened (about 5 minutes). Add the Swiss chard and cook until wilted (about 5 minutes).
  4. 4In a bowl, whisk together the dairy-free milk, cornstarch, dairy-free Gruyère cheese, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  5. 5Divide the Swiss chard mixture evenly among the muffin cups.
  6. 6Pour the dairy-free milk mixture over the Swiss chard in each cup.
  7. 7Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden.
  8. 8Let cool slightly before serving.
