Ingredients

  • 6 sheets Phyllo Dough
  • 2 medium Apples (peeled and diced)
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Dairy-Free Butter (melted)
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2In a bowl, combine diced apples, chopped walnuts, raisins, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. 3Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a flat surface and brush with melted dairy-free butter.
  4. 4Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets, stacking them on top of each other.
  5. 5Spread the apple mixture evenly over the top phyllo sheet.
  6. 6Roll the phyllo dough into a log.
  7. 7Slice the log into 1-inch thick bites.
  8. 8Place the strudel bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. 9Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. 10Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
