  • 0.5 lb Ground pork
  • 0.5 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.5 cup Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Allspice
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cup Beef broth
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, panko breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until just combined.

  5. 5Stir in heavy cream and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
  7. 7Serve hot with mashed potatoes or egg-free noodles.
