Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Pork
  • 1/2 pound Ground Beef
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs (Gluten Free)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Lingonberry Jam
  • 4 ounces Dairy-Free Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dairy-Free Milk
  • 4 Tortilla Wraps

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, egg, diced onion, minced garlic, allspice, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands.
  2. 2Form the mixture into small meatballs.
  3. 3Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides.
  4. 4Reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
