  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 1 small Green chili
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
