Ingredients

  • 1 lb Frozen Edamame
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 small Red Chili
  • 1/4 cup Thai Basil Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Steam the frozen edamame according to package instructions.
  2. 2While the edamame is steaming, mince the garlic and finely chop the red chili (remove seeds for less heat).
  3. 3In a large skillet or wok, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  4. 4Add the minced garlic and chopped red chili, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. 5Add the steamed edamame to the skillet and toss to coat with the garlic and chili mixture.
  6. 6Pour in the coconut aminos and lime juice, and toss again to combine.
  7. 7Stir in the Thai basil leaves. Cook for another minute until the basil is wilted and fragrant.
  8. 8Serve the spicy Thai basil edamame immediately.
