Ingredients

  • 2 large Green Plantains
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Peel the plantains and slice them very thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. 3In a bowl, toss the plantain slices with coconut oil, turmeric, chili powder, coriander, and salt.
  4. 4Spread the plantain slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. 5Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. 6Let cool slightly before serving.
