  • 1 cup Black Beans
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion
  • 0.5 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Cilantro
  • 3 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Scotch Bonnet Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Green Plantains
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil

Instructions
