Ingredients

  • 1 block Firm Tofu (drained and crumbled)
  • 1 cup Kimchi (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Onion (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce (low sodium)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Green Onions (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2Add chopped onion and cook until softened (about 3-5 minutes).
  3. 3Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. 4Add crumbled tofu and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned (about 5-7 minutes).
