Ingredients

  • 1 cup White Rice
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Baobab Fruit Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the rice under cold water.
  2. 2In a saucepan, combine the rice and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 25-30 minutes, or until the rice is very soft and the water is mostly absorbed.
  3. 3Stir in the coconut milk, baobab fruit powder, sugar, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the porridge is creamy and the flavors are well combined.
