Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tbsp Dried Shrimp
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Chili Paste
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix rice flour, tapioca starch, and water until smooth.
  2. 2Lightly grease a flat pan or tray with vegetable oil.
  3. 3Pour a thin layer of the rice flour mixture onto the pan and steam for 2-3 minutes, or until cooked through.
  4. 4Carefully roll up the cooked rice noodle sheet and set aside.
  5. 5Repeat until all the batter is used.
  6. 6For the sauce, soak dried shrimp in water for 10 minutes.
  7. 7In a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  8. 8Add the soaked shrimp, chili paste, sugar, soy sauce, and water. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  9. 9Cut the rice noodle rolls into bite-sized pieces and serve with the sauce.
