Ingredients

  • 4 slices Whole Wheat Bread
  • 2 medium Bananas
  • 8 large Dates
  • 4 tbsp Tahini
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Nigella Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Toast the bread until lightly golden.
  2. 2Tear the toasted bread into small pieces and place in a large bowl.
  3. 3Peel and slice the bananas. Pit and chop the dates.
  4. 4Add the bananas and dates to the bowl with the bread.
  5. 5Using a fork or potato masher, mash the ingredients together until well combined.
  6. 6Drizzle with tahini and honey. Sprinkle with nigella seeds (if using).
  7. 7Serve immediately.
