Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1-2 teaspoons Harissa Paste
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Dice the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
