Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh Sardines
  • 2 tablespoons Coarse Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Rinse the 1 lb Fresh Sardines under cold water, then gently pat them completely dry with paper towels.
  2. 2Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of Coarse Sea Salt evenly over all sides of the sardines.
  3. 3Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for a temperature of about 400-450°F (200-230°C).
  4. 4Place the seasoned sardines on the hot grill grates. Grill for 5 to 7 minutes per side. The sardines are cooked when they are opaque all the way through and the skin is crispy and slightly charred. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  5. 5Carefully remove the grilled sardines from the grill and serve them immediately.
