Ingredients

  • 4 cups Cooked Japanese Rice
  • 1 cup Cooked Salmon
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 4 sheets Nori Seaweed Sheets
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, gently mix cooked rice with rice vinegar and salt.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, mix the flaked cooked salmon with soy sauce.
  3. 3Wet your hands with water to prevent sticking.
  4. 4Take about 1/2 cup of rice and form a shallow indentation in the center.
  5. 5Place about 1-2 tablespoons of the salmon mixture in the indentation.
  6. 6Cover the salmon with more rice and shape the mixture into triangles or balls.
  7. 7Cut nori sheets into strips and wrap around the onigiri.
