Ingredients

  • 1 loaf Long Bread Loaf
  • 4 pieces Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Ground Chicken
  • 0.25 cup Onion
  • 1 piece Green Chilies
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp Chili Sauce

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  2. 2In a bowl, whisk the eggs. Add ground chicken, chopped onion, chopped green chilies (if using), and soy sauce.
  3. 3Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. 4Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook like a large omelette.
  5. 5Place the bread loaf halves on top of the omelette, pressing lightly to absorb the egg.
  6. 6Flip the bread and omelette, cooking until the bread is lightly toasted.
  7. 7Remove from the pan and cut into portions.
  8. 8Spread mayonnaise and chili sauce on top.
  9. 9Serve immediately.
