Ingredients

  • 3 cups Bread Flour
  • 2 tsp Instant Yeast
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 cups Warm Water
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tsp Coarse Sea Salt

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
  2. 2Add warm water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
  3. 3Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. 4Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, turning to coat. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. 5Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. 6Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with remaining olive oil.
  7. 7Punch down the dough and spread it evenly in the prepared pan.
  8. 8Using your fingers, create dimples all over the dough.
  9. 9Drizzle with remaining olive oil, sprinkle with rosemary and coarse sea salt.
  10. 10Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  11. 11Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
