Ingredients

  • 3 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 1 cup Cashews, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup Mango, diced
  • 1 cup Papaya, diced

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, coconut flakes, and chopped cashews.
  3. 3In a separate bowl, whisk together maple syrup, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. 4Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix well to combine.
  5. 5Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. 6Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
