Ingredients

  • 4 sheets Regag bread
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Za'atar

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2Lay one sheet of the 4 sheets Regag bread flat on a clean surface. Brush this sheet evenly with 1 tablespoon of the 2 tablespoons Olive oil.
  3. 3Sprinkle half of the 2 tablespoons Za'atar evenly over the oiled bread sheet. Repeat this process with the remaining 3 sheets of Regag bread, using the remaining 1 tablespoon of Olive oil and the remaining 1 tablespoon of Za'atar, so you have four seasoned sheets.
  4. 4Using a knife, cut each seasoned bread sheet into smaller pieces. You can cut them into squares or triangles, about 2-3 inches in size.
  5. 5Arrange the cut bread pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Make sure the pieces are not overlapping so they can crisp up evenly.
  6. 6Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven. Bake for 6 to 8 minutes. The Regag bread crisps are done when they are golden brown and feel firm and crunchy to the touch.
