Ingredients

  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 0.25 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your grill to medium heat, which is about 350°F to 400°F (175°C to 200°C).
  2. 2Brush both sides of the 4 slices of Provolone cheese with the 1 tablespoon of Olive oil.
  3. 3Evenly sprinkle the oiled provolone slices with the 1 teaspoon of Dried oregano and the 0.25 teaspoon of Red pepper flakes.
  4. 4Place the seasoned provolone slices on the preheated grill. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes on the first side, until the cheese is melted and has light brown grill marks.
  5. 5Carefully flip the provolone slices and grill for another 3 to 5 minutes on the second side, until the cheese is fully melted and has a slightly browned appearance.
  6. 6Remove the grilled provolone from the grill and serve immediately.
