  • 6 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 cup Maple syrup (pure)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Lecithin
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. 2Arrange cubed challah bread in the baking dish.
  3. 3In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
