Ingredients

  • 8 oz Sushi-Grade Tuna, cubed
  • 2 cups Cooked Sushi Rice
  • 1/2 Avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Seaweed Salad
  • 1/4 cup Mango, diced
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Green Onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Sriracha (Soy-Free)

Instructions

  1. 1In a medium bowl, combine the 8 oz of sushi-grade tuna, 2 tbsp of coconut aminos, and 1 tsp of sesame oil. Gently toss to coat the tuna evenly. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. 2Divide the 2 cups of cooked sushi rice between two serving bowls.
  3. 3Arrange the marinated 8 oz of tuna over the sushi rice in each bowl.
  4. 4Place the 1/2 avocado, sliced, the 1/4 cup of seaweed salad, the 1/4 cup of mango, diced, and the 1/4 cup of cucumber, sliced, around the tuna in each bowl.
  5. 5Sprinkle the 2 tbsp of green onions, sliced, and 1 tbsp of sesame seeds over the top of each bowl.
  6. 6If desired, drizzle the 1 tsp of soy-free sriracha over the bowls.
  7. 7Serve immediately.
