  • 1 lb Sushi-Grade Tuna
  • 2 cups Cooked Sushi Rice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (Tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 1 package Seaweed Snacks (cut into small squares)
  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Milk (canned, full-fat)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Dice the 1 lb of sushi-grade tuna into 1/2-inch cubes.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, combine the diced 1 lb of sushi-grade tuna with 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free), 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1/4 cup green onions.
  3. 3In a blender, combine 1 medium avocado, 1 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp coconut milk, and 1/4 tsp salt. Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. 4Arrange the 1 package of seaweed snacks on a clean surface. Place a small amount of the 2 cups of cooked sushi rice onto the center of each seaweed snack square.
  5. 5Carefully top the sushi rice on each seaweed snack with the marinated tuna mixture.
  6. 6Drizzle the prepared avocado crema over the tuna on each bite.
