  • 2 large Green Plantains
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 large Ripe Mango
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion
  • 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 1/2 small Jalapeño

Instructions
