Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice Flour
  • 1 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk

Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, mix rice flour and salt. Gradually add water, mixing with your fingertips until the flour is moist and crumbly.
  2. 2Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. 3Layer the pittu maker with grated coconut and rice flour mixture, alternating layers until the pittu maker is filled.
  4. 4Steam the pittu for about 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. 5Serve hot with coconut milk.
