Ingredients

  • 4 medium Ripe Bananas
  • 0.5 cup Rice Flour
  • 0.25 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 500 ml Vegetable Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Peel the bananas and cut them in half or slices as desired.
  2. 2In a bowl, combine rice flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. 3Gradually add water, mixing until you form a smooth batter.
  4. 4Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5Dip each banana piece into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated.
  6. 6Carefully place the battered banana pieces into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  7. 7Remove the fried bananas from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
