  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons Shredded Coconut
