  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 8 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Dill
  • 1/4 cup Green Onions
  • 1 tablespoon Tapioca Starch
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. 1Peel and finely grate the potatoes.
  2. 2In a large bowl, whisk the eggs with tapioca starch, turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper.
