Ingredients

  • 4 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Instant Dry Yeast
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 cups Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy)
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 medium Avocados

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, heat the milk and water until lukewarm. Add the oil.
  3. 3Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. 6Punch down the dough and divide it into small rolls.
  7. 7Roll each roll in breadcrumbs.
