Ingredients

  • 1 cup Tapioca Starch
  • 1/2 cup Masa Harina
  • 1 cup Queso Campesino (farmer's cheese)
  • 1/2 cup Queso Costeño (salty cheese)
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Milk

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a large bowl, combine tapioca starch, masa harina, queso campesino, queso costeño, egg, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. 3Mix well until a smooth dough forms. Add milk gradually to achieve a soft, pliable consistency.
  4. 4Shape the dough into small balls (about 1-2 inches in diameter).
  5. 5Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
