Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs Chicken Thighs
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Aminos
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Cut the 1.5 lbs of Chicken Thighs into 1-inch cubes.
  2. 2In a medium bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup of Coconut Aminos, 2 tbsp of Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp of Rice Vinegar, 1 tsp of Ginger, and 2 cloves of Garlic until well combined.
  3. 3Add the cubed chicken to the bowl with the marinade. Toss to ensure all pieces are coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes at room temperature, or for up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  4. 4Thread the marinated chicken pieces evenly onto skewers.
  5. 5Preheat your grill to medium heat, aiming for a temperature of 375°F (190°C).
  6. 6Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for approximately 12-15 minutes, turning them every few minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and has a slightly charred appearance. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (74°C).
  7. 7Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle the 2 tbsp of Sesame Seeds over the skewers just before serving.
