Ingredients

  • 4 medium Ripe plantains
  • 0.5 cup Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Peel the plantains and cut them into small cubes or chunks.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix the plantain chunks with ginger, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and salt. Ensure the plantains are evenly coated.
