Ingredients

  • 4 slices Gluten-free bread
  • 2 medium Ripe tomatoes
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.25 tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. 1Grill or toast the gluten-free bread slices until lightly golden brown.
  2. 2Cut the garlic clove in half and rub it over the surface of each slice of gluten-free bread.
  3. 3Cut the tomatoes in half and rub the cut side over the surface of each slice of gluten-free bread, squeezing gently to release the juice and pulp. The gluten-free bread should be stained red with tomato.
  4. 4Drizzle each slice of gluten-free bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  5. 5Serve immediately.
