Ingredients

  • 1 cup Millet flour
  • 0.5 cup Peanut butter (natural, unsweetened)
  • 4 tbsp Baobab fruit pulp
  • 2 cups Coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp Ground cinnamon
  • 2 cups Water

Instructions

  1. 1In a saucepan, combine the millet flour and water. Stir well to avoid lumps.
  2. 2Add the coconut milk, peanut butter, sugar, baobab pulp, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
  3. 3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  4. 4Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. 5Serve warm or cold.
