  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice (for glaze)

Instructions
