Ingredients

  • 4 slices Gluten-Free Bread
  • 0.5 cup Monkey Gland Sauce (Gluten-Free)
  • 2 tbsp Butter or Margarine (dairy-free option)
  • 2 large Fried Egg (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1Place the 4 slices of Gluten-Free Bread into a toaster. Toast for 2-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp to your liking.
  2. 2While the bread is toasting, place a non-stick skillet over medium heat (350°F / 175°C).
  3. 3Once the skillet is warm, add the 2 tbsp of Butter or Margarine. Allow it to melt and coat the bottom of the skillet, about 30 seconds.
  4. 4If using, carefully crack the 2 large Fried Eggs into the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the whites are set and the yolks are cooked to your preference.
  5. 5Remove the 4 slices of Gluten-Free Bread from the toaster and place them on serving plates.
  6. 6Spread the melted Butter or Margarine from the skillet evenly over each slice of toast.
  7. 7Generously spoon the 0.5 cup of Monkey Gland Sauce over the buttered toast.
  8. 8If using, carefully place one cooked Fried Egg on top of the Monkey Gland Sauce on each slice of toast.
  9. 9Serve the Monkey Gland Sauce Breakfast Toast immediately.
