Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 lb Ground chicken (or pork or vegetables)
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (peanut-free)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Make the dough by mixing flour and water. Knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix ground chicken (or pork or vegetables) with chopped onion, ginger, garlic, cilantro, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Roll out the dough and cut into small circles.
  4. 4Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each circle and fold to form dumplings.
  5. 5Steam the momos for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. 6Serve hot with dipping sauce (peanut-free).
