Ingredients

  • 6 cups Stale Bread
  • 4 cups Water
  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 0.75 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro

Instructions

  1. 1Tear bread into small pieces and soak in water for 10 minutes.
  2. 2Squeeze out excess water from the bread.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a large pot or skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  5. 5Add bread, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. 6Cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently, until bread is softened and slightly browned.
