Ingredients

  • 4 cups Gluten Free Bread Crumbs
  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 3 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, soak the gluten-free bread crumbs in vegetable broth until softened, about 10 minutes.
  2. 2Heat the olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. 3Add the kale and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4Stir in the soaked gluten-free bread crumbs, cannellini beans, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the gluten-free bread crumbs are heated through and slightly crispy, about 15-20 minutes.
