Ingredients

  • 2 count Pita Bread
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata Olives
  • 2 oz Feta Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.125 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a small bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of tomato paste with the 0.5 teaspoon of dried oregano, 0.25 teaspoon of salt, and 0.125 teaspoon of black pepper. Stir until it is all mixed together.
  3. 3Spread this tomato mixture evenly over the surface of the 2 count pita bread.
  4. 4Arrange the 2 cups of spinach on top of the tomato mixture. Then, scatter the 0.25 cup of Kalamata olives and the 2 oz of feta cheese over the spinach.
  5. 5Drizzle the 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the toppings.
  6. 6Place the prepared pita bread directly onto the oven rack or on a baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. You will know it is done when the pita bread looks crispy and the feta cheese is melted and slightly golden brown.
  7. 7Carefully remove the pita bread from the oven. Slice it into servings and enjoy immediately.
