Ingredients

  • 4 medium Ripe bananas, mashed
  • 4 cups Stale bread, cubed
  • 1/2 cup Mashed sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground cardamom
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 4 tablespoons Qishta (clotted cream)

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine mashed bananas, cubed bread, mashed sweet potato, milk, cardamom, and cinnamon.
  2. 2Mix well and let it sit for 10 minutes to allow the bread to soak up the moisture.
  3. 3Heat a large skillet or pan over medium heat.
  4. 4Add the banana-bread mixture to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly browned, about 8-10 minutes.
  5. 5Transfer to serving bowls and drizzle with honey.
  6. 6Top with qishta (clotted cream) and serve immediately.
