Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1.5 cups Warm Water
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp Sunflower Seed Butter

Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. 2In a separate bowl, whisk together egg, warm water, and vegetable oil. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  3. 3Cover and let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
  4. 4Heat a lightly oiled skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  5. 5Pour half of the batter onto the hot skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the bottom is golden brown.
  6. 6Spread sunflower seed butter, sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles, and shredded cheese. Drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
  7. 7Fold the pancake in half and cook for another 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  8. 8Repeat with the remaining batter.
