Ingredients

  • 4 6oz Salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and soy sauce.
  3. 3Place asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4Place salmon fillets on a separate baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. 5Brush the maple syrup mixture over the salmon fillets.
  6. 6Bake asparagus for 10 minutes, then add salmon to the oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. 7Serve immediately.
