Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet, skinless
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (wheat-free)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Place the 1 lb skinless salmon fillet on a clean cutting board. Using a sharp knife, cut the 1 lb salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes.
  3. 3In a medium bowl, combine the 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tbsp soy sauce (wheat-free), 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 1 tsp sesame oil. Whisk these ingredients together until they are well combined.
  4. 4Add the 1 lb salmon cubes to the bowl with the maple syrup mixture. Gently toss the salmon cubes until they are evenly coated with the glaze.
  5. 5Carefully arrange the coated salmon cubes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not touching each other.
  6. 6Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes. The salmon is done when it is cooked through, flakes easily when gently pressed with a fork, and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) when measured with a food thermometer.
  7. 7Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Garnish the cooked salmon bites with the 2 tbsp chopped green onions and serve immediately.
