Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet, skinless
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Cut the 1 lb salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes.
  3. 3In a medium bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free), 2 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp grated ginger, and 1 tsp sesame oil.
  4. 4Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and toss gently to coat them evenly with the maple syrup mixture.
  5. 5Arrange the coated salmon cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. 6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The salmon is cooked through when it is opaque and flakes easily when gently pressed with a fork. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
  7. 7Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Garnish the salmon bites with the 2 tbsp sliced green onions and 1 tsp sesame seeds before serving.
