Maple Glazed Salmon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon fillet, skinless
  • 1/4 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. 2Cut the 1 lb salmon fillet into 1-inch cubes.
  3. 3In a medium bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup pure maple syrup, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper until well combined.
  4. 4Add the salmon cubes to the bowl with the maple syrup mixture and gently toss to coat each piece evenly.
  5. 5Arrange the coated salmon cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
  6. 6Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. The salmon is cooked through when it flakes easily when gently pressed with a fork, or reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  7. 7Serve the maple glazed salmon bites immediately.
