Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • 0.25 cup Za'atar spice blend
  • 0.25 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. 2Divide the 1 lb of pizza dough into 4 equal portions. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a thin circle, about 8-10 inches in diameter.
  3. 3In a small bowl, combine the 0.25 cup of za'atar spice blend with the 0.25 cup of olive oil. Mix them together until you have a paste-like consistency.
  4. 4Place the rolled dough circles onto baking sheets. Brush the top of each dough circle evenly with the za'atar and olive oil mixture.
  5. 5Add the 2 tablespoons of water to the za'atar mixture in the bowl and stir to loosen it slightly. Then, drizzle this thinned mixture over the za'atar-covered dough circles.
  6. 6Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges of the flatbread are golden brown and the crust is crispy to the touch.
